Do you think you have cystic acne? Cystic acne, is usually recognized by pus-like papules or cysts on the skin that are large in nature. This type is also one of the more serious types of acne. Concurrently, sometimes nodular acne cysts will form at the same time. These are stiff, large nodules that appear right under the surface of your skin. I remember going through this type of acne as I was growing up. I had acne for over ten years and sometimes it was a real pain.
This type of acne usually took at least a couple of weeks to get better, and often irritated me. They usually would appear on my face by my cheeks, but the cystic acne breakouts also can appear on our chest, back, and shoulders as well. I remember going to see my doctor or dermatologist to see what to do my situation. He would give me a medication or prescription to try but the acne would eventually always come back. But finally, there was a turning point in my life... Luckily I found a natural program that finally did begin to heal my acne for good. Throughout trial and error I noticed that if we just stick to a consistent cystic acne treatment system, we will get better results in the long run. One thing I noticed was that I would try topical products and ointments, but in the long run they did not work to well for my acne and pimples.
I also began to to just completely avoid anything that could potentially irritate my sensitive skin. I began drinking more water and watching my diets, which was a little hard because I used to love chocolate. Toxins can be a factor and be a negative element that is known to contribute breakouts. So instead of eating so much chocolate, I would eat it less often. Hey if I have to choose my long term health and skin or a short term treat, I would rather choose my health all day. Some other tips are to avoid processed food, as well as fatty foods, like fried chicken. Anything with too much fat in it is likely going to be an element that could potentially cause an outbreak. Trying a prescription from a dermatologist is a good idea if the topical treatments your are using are not doing the job well enough.
Also, I tried several oral antibiotics such as tetracycline, and they would work pretty good for a while. In the end, I found the best treatment was to use natural products that I had learned about from a system on the internet. I seriously wanted to get rid of my cystic acne for good. It took a little bit of work, and a little bit of time, but life is a lot easier and way less embarrassing now that I have my beautiful healthy skin back.
